Main Slate Rundown 🏈

I don’t know where the time has gone but we are set to kick off week 11 of the college football season with another loaded Saturday ahead. As usual, our focus will land on the 12-game DraftKings main slate which well get underway on Saturday at noon ET.

On a CFB newsletter content note, we are going to continue to stick to the cheat sheet format based on positive feedback. If there is a huge public outcry demanding the old format back, then I’ll revert to that. The cheat sheet format just allows me to get these CFB newsletters delivered earlier on Friday evenings, but every play is still backed by all of the same research that I would typically include in the old format. Without further adieu, let’s get into it!

To begin, let’s get a look at the 14 teams with a 27.5+ implied point total on this slate. The majority of our preferred DFS plays will be found on these rosters:

On the flip side, we’ll want very little exposure to teams who are expected to struggle to score 20+ points. Unless a specific player is priced down and is guaranteed high volume, we should lean toward avoiding these five teams on the slate:

Obligatory: Vegas spreads and totals aren’t the be-all, end-all but they do give us a solid amount of information to use as our research ‘jump-off point’ on any given slate.
