Main Slate Rundown š
Another action-packed college football Saturday is here for Week 10! The DraftKings main slate features 12 games kicking off at noon ET, and thatās where our focus lies. FanDuelās main slate includes 8 of the same matchups, so many of the insights here will translate across both platforms ā just keep salary gaps in mind as DraftKings tends to be a bit softer on CFB pricing. Letās dig in and find the best plays and lineup angles to attack this weekendās slate. Best of luck!
To begin, letās get a look at the 13 teams with a 25.5+ implied point total on this slate. These teams are generally in the best spot for offensive success this Saturday, so the majority of our preferred DFS plays will be found on these rosters:

Next up, weāll mostly want limited-to-no exposure to teams that are expected to struggle to score 20+ points. These teams generally either find themselves completely out-matched versus their upcoming opponent, they donāt possess a capable offense, their matchup is expected to be a slow and low-scoring affair, or itās some combination of those factors. Unless a specific player is priced down, has near-matchup-proof talent, and is guaranteed high volume, we should lean toward avoiding these four teams on the slate:

Obligatory: Vegas spreads and totals arenāt the be-all, end-all but they do give us a solid amount of information to use as our research ājump-off pointā on any given slate.
Main Slate Match-Ups

Week 10 Core Targets šÆ
QB Behren Morton, Texas Tech | $6,600 | at KSU
The QB position is rather weak on this slate, so it feels like a good spot to save some salary. Behren Morton is set to return from a leg injury that he sustained three weeks ago. It comes at a good time with backup QB Will Hammond, who had been filling in for Morton, going down to a season-ending ACL tear. In his first five starts this season, Morton averaged 282 pass YPG with a 12:3 YD:INT ratio. His one letdown start came against the Utah Utes, who boast the No. 7 pass defense in the country. Morton doesnāt offer much in the way of rushing upside, but, at $6,600, we donāt really need to do much beyond having a solid day through the air. Kansas State owns a very average pass defense that has allowed 22.4 FPPG to QBs this season.
RB Jeremiyah Love, Notre Dame | $9,000 | at BC
Weāll be saving salary at other positions this week, so Jeremiyah Love will step in as a primo spend-up. Love needs little introduction as one of the best offensive players in the country who will likely be the first RB off the board in next yearās NFL Draft. But he heads into the eighth game of the season averaging 136.4 scrimmage YPG on 20.4 touches/gm with 12 total TDs. Thereās a strong chance this game turns into a blowout as the Irish are near-30-point favorites. But Love should still have himself a big day before this game gets too out of hand. Boston College has allowed over seven yards per touch and 1.5 TDs/gm to RBs over their last four games.

RB Myles Montgomery, UCF | $5,800 | at BAY
By CFB standards, we donāt have many high total games on this slate. This matchup between UCF and Baylor tops the slate with a 59.5 O/U, along with a close three-point spread, so weāll want some exposure here. Jaden Nixon ($4,400) is the home run hitter in the UCF backfield, averaging a wild 12.7 YPC on the season, but heās handled less than five carries per game. Myles Montgomery isnāt as flashy, but still averages a solid 5.2 YPC while handling 16.0 touches/gm. Baylor has boasted an excellent offense this year, but theyāve had one of the worst defenses in the FBS. Their run defense, in particular, has been a massive weakness. They rank 118th out of 136 FBS teams, allowing 190.5 rush YPG this season. They have also allowed 2.0 TDs/gm and 35.5 FPPG to RBs over their last four games. This feels like a favorable matchup for Montgomery to take on 20-25 carries as UCF looks to keep the dangerous Baylor offense off of the field. Heās only had one huge game this season, but itās tough not to feel good about Montgomeryās upside this Saturday.
WR Antonio Williams, Clemson | $5,300 | vs. DUKE
Sophomore WR Bryant Wesco Jr. was having a breakout season and was one of the few bright spots in Clemsonās disappointing season. Unfortunately, Wesco suffered a serious neck injury after an awkward fall during a punt return in Clemsonās last game against SMU, and it will sideline him for the remainder of the season. That will thrust Antonio Williams into a larger role. Williams essentially missed the first three games of the season, but, since returning in week four, he has seen 7.3 targets/gm while averaging 13.9 FPPG. He hasnāt found the endzone just yet this season, but now that heās due for more target volume, that will likely change sooner rather than later. Williams was Clemsonās leading receiver a season ago when he brought in 75 receptions for 904 yards and 11 TDs. Now that he should regain the WR1 role, heās just too underpriced at $5,300, and, after missing one game, starting QB Cade Klubnik is expected to be back in action this Saturday.
WR Lewis Bond, Boston College | $4,200 | vs. ND
Boston College (13.0 implied points) is one of those offenses that we probably donāt want much to do with, but, in this case, weāre getting a high-volume receiver at a very cheap price point in a game that his team will almost certainly be playing from behind. Bondās 56 receptions (7.0 rec/gm) are the 5th-most among all FBS receivers. Heās had five separate games where he has seen double-digit targets. Itās also not as if Notre Dameās secondary has been lockdown. The 193.0 YPG that Notre Dame has allowed to WRs this season is the second-most on the slate. Bond is only averaging 9.6 yards per reception, and he has only found the endzone once this season, which came against Louisville in week nine. But, with DraftKings' full PPR scoring system, we donāt exactly need 100+ yards and a TD out of Bond to get some nice value out of him.
